These terms cover how you may use Pulsewar, operated by DotNet Factory LLC, during its public beta. They are written in plain language. By joining the waitlist or playing, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Pulsewar is a competitive card game meant to be fun and fair. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may limit or remove access for behavior that breaks these rules.
Account rules
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Accounts are for your personal use. Do not share, sell, or transfer an account, and do not impersonate someone else.
Beta disclaimer
Pulsewar is in active development. Features, content, balance, and progress may change, reset, or break during the beta, and the service is provided as is without guarantees of availability. We will do our best to communicate major changes, but you should not rely on beta data being permanent.
Intellectual property boundary
Pulsewar is an original game. All game names, characters, factions, art, and content are original works owned by DotNet Factory LLC. The game does not use, parody, or claim any third-party brand, character, or likeness, and you may not upload or inject content that infringes someone else's rights.
