Report a bug
Email support@pulsewar.com with a short description of what happened, what you expected, and the steps to reproduce it. A screen recording or screenshot is gold. If the app has a diagnostics export (Settings, About), attach it - it carries no personal data, only device and recent error codes.

Which platforms? iOS and Android. The game is mobile-first.
Is it pay-to-win? No. Purchases are cosmetic only; they never affect match outcomes.
Delete your account or data
You can request deletion of your waitlist entry or game account at any time. In the app, use Settings, then Delete account. Or email support@pulsewar.com and we will remove your data. See our privacy policy and terms for details.
