Program guidelines

We are still writing the guidelines, so there is nothing to agree to yet. When they are ready they will cover the basics in plain terms: what you can use, how to attribute, and how to keep things fair.

Until then, the one rule that already applies: Pulsewar is its own original world, so please keep other companies' trademarks and characters out of anything you make with it.
