Privacy policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026
This policy explains in plain language what data Pulsewar collects, why, and the choices you have. Pulsewar is operated by DotNet Factory LLC.
Who we are
Pulsewar is operated by DotNet Factory LLC (“we”, “us”), the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about privacy at support@pulsewar.com.
Data we collect
Account and gameplay. When you create a game account (including with Sign in with Apple) we store an account identifier and the gameplay data needed to run the game, such as your decks, collection, match history, and ranked standing. If you sign in with Apple we receive the identifier Apple provides; we do not receive your Apple password.
Identifiers. We assign an anonymous analytics identifier and a player identifier that are linked to your account, so we can run matches and understand product usage.
Usage and diagnostics. We collect in-app events (for example matches played, screens viewed, and error or crash diagnostics) to understand how the game is used and to fix problems. These contain no message content or contact details.
Website and waitlist. If you join the waitlist on our website, we collect the email address and platform preference you submit so we can tell you when the game is ready.
We do not ask for more than we need to provide and improve the game.
How we use your data
We use your data to run matches and accounts, maintain ranked play and progression, understand usage in aggregate so we can tune balance and the experience, and diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
Sharing, selling, and tracking
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or to build advertising profiles. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract (for example cloud hosting and crash reporting), and where required by law.
Your choices
You can turn off in-game analytics at any time from Settings › Gameplay analytics; when it is off, the app stops sending those events. You can also delete your account at any time (see below).
Account deletion and retention
You can delete your account in the app from Settings › Delete account. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period during which signing back in cancels it; after the grace period your personal data is permanently deleted. Match history is retained in anonymized form so opponents’ records stay intact. We keep limited records longer only where required for legal or security reasons.
You can also request deletion of your waitlist entry or account by emailing support@pulsewar.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you to provide the game and our legitimate interests in analytics, security, and abuse prevention. For California residents, the categories we collect are identifiers and online/app activity and diagnostics; we do not sell or share personal information, and you may exercise your right to know and to delete. To exercise any right, contact support@pulsewar.com.
Children
Pulsewar is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Questions about this policy or your data can go to support@pulsewar.com. You can also review our terms of service.
