This policy explains in plain language what data Pulsewar collects, why, and the choices you have. It is a placeholder draft for the beta and will be finalized before public launch.
Data we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and your platform preference so we can tell you when the game is ready. If you create a game account later, we collect the account details you provide and gameplay data needed to run matches, such as decks, collection, and match history.
We do not ask for more than we need, and we never sell your personal data.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website and game are used in aggregate, for example which pages are visited and where sign-ups come from. This helps us improve the product. Analytics are kept separate from in-game data and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or your game account at any time. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data on a reasonable timeline, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
